On Saturday, I hopped on a train to London with one of my best friends, Abigail. Our plans to visit the Rain Room at the Barbican and the Light Show at Southbank fell flat with 4 hour waiting times and sold out tickets, but we still managed to have a lovely day exploring the city.
We wandered around Brick Lane, rummaging through vintage shops and gorging ourselves on halloumi burgers, before having a well earned rest with a pint of cider in one of London's most beautiful pubs, The Ten Bells.
We then scoffed down churros at a lovely food market by Southbank, before spending a few hours dodging the crowds and trying on clothes I sadly couldn't afford on Oxford Street.
Finally, we met my best friend, Laura for an awesome meal and hibiscus cocktails at Wahaca's in Soho, before rushing to catch our train home.
