Recently I've caved into buying so many hyped products this is just one of them. Bourjois is a brand that I haven't really delved into before, I've tried products here and there but I've never really been wow-ed! I've never found myself drawn in and there is nothing about the brand that makes me want to buy their products over brands just as Rimmel and Revlon.
This all changed though. As soon as I saw press releases of this popping up I knew I had to have a lipstick or two from the new range!
Firstly the packaging is oh so sleek and pretty. Everything about it is perfect even down to the font of the text! I think I might even prefer it over the MAC bullet.
I've got one of the more safe shades, Rose Neon #12. It is basically a neon pink but with rosey tones in it which cool it down some what. I adore it, its the perfect of pink for me and I think it really compliments my pale complexion.
The thing I love the most about these lipsticks is that they glide onto your lips so smoothly and feel really moisturising. Once its on it does dry a little bit but it wouldn't put me off buying any more. The formula of these are one of the best I've tried, so creamy and they glide on beautifully!
Rose Neon lasted for about 5-6 hours on me which is fab! It faded evenly as well so I didn't have to worry about walking around with pink patchy lips.
I might even go as far to say that I love these more than my MAC Lipsticks! These are honestly little gems and if you're a lover of lipstick then you will love them.
I've already got my eye on Rose Tweed #4 and will definitely be purchasing it after my Spending Ban.
